Using Mokii

Mokii is a safety-net service that watches for missed check-ins and notifies the people you nominate. By using Mokii you agree to use it as intended and to keep your account details accurate — Mokii can only reach the right people if your circle and contact details are up to date.

What Mokii is not

Mokii is a best-effort safety net, not a guarantee. It depends on your device, your network, and the people in your circle. It is not an emergency service, a veterinary service, or a substitute for arranging proper care for your pet. In an emergency, contact a vet or the relevant emergency service directly.

Alpha software

During alpha, Mokii may change, break, or be unavailable without notice. We’ll be honest about issues as we find them, but you should not rely on Mokii as your only plan for your pet’s wellbeing.

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of the information you give us — including who’s in your circle and how to reach them.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, Mokii is provided “as is” during alpha. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes

We may update these terms as Mokii matures. If we make a material change, we’ll let you know. Continuing to use Mokii after a change means you accept the updated terms.
